• Round- trip economy class airline ticket on Turkish Airlines.
• Including airline taxes (subject to change on the time of ticket issuance)
• 6 nights’ accommodation at Innpera Hotel 4* in standard room.

• Meet and assist at the airport
• Round-trip transfers airport/hotel/airport by bus.
• Travel insurance coverage for the package duration. (maximum 75 years old)

• This group will not be accompanied by a company representative.

General Notes:

• All rates include airline ticket taxes (approximately EGP 3215) which are subject to change at the time of issuing the tickets.
• Accommodation is provided in standard rooms, unless mentioned otherwise.
• All triple rooms are composed of a double room with a sofa bed or roll away bed.
• Children's rates are based on one child under 12 years old sharing two full paying adults, unless mentioned otherwise.
• Check in at the hotels is between 14:00-15:00, and check out is between 10:00-12:00. To guarantee early check in or late check out an extra night should be paid (subject to availability of the hotels at the time of booking).
• Optional tours should be booked with the first deposit.
• No refund on any unused part of the package.
• The company reserves the right to change rates without prior notice at the time of actual booking.

Payment Policy:

• 50% deposit is required in order to proceed with the reservation.
• 100% of the total package is due to be paid by maximum 28 June 2019.

Cancellation Policy:

• From 31 May 2019 – 14 June 2019: A cancellation fee of 35 % of the total package will be applied
• From 15 June 2019 – 25 June 2019: A cancellation fee of 50 % of the total package will be applied
• From 26 June 2019 till departure date : A cancellation fee of 100 % of the total package will be applied
• No Show: a cancellation fee of 100% of the total package will be applied
• No refund on any unused part of the package.
• In case of visa rejection: Visa fees will not be refunded, package cancellation policy to be reviewed.
