Package includes:

• Round-trip economy class airline ticket on Lufthansa Airlines & return on Austrian Airlines including airline taxes (approximately EGP 10420 - subject to change at the time of ticket issuance).
• 6 nights’ accommodation in Orlando at Courtyard by Marriott Lake Buena Vista hotel 4* on bed only basis in a double room.
• 3 nights’ accommodation in Miami Marriott Biscayne Hotel 4* on bed only basis in a double room.
• Transfer Orlando airport/hotel by bus.
• Transfer from hotel in Orlando to hotel in Miami by bus.
• Transfer from hotel in Miami/ Miami airport by bus.
• Hotels portage in/out (based on one luggage per person).
• Travel insurance coverage for the package duration. (maximum 75 years old)
• City taxes.
• Company representative for minimum 20 persons.

• Visa cost.

• Early check in or late check out.

General Notes:

• All taxes charges have been assessed at the time of creating the package. (Please request the updated rates upon ticket issuance).
• Accommodation is provided in standard rooms, unless mentioned otherwise.
• Children's rates are based on one child under 12 years old sharing two full paying adults, unless mentioned otherwise.
• Optional tours should be booked with the first deposit.
• Check in at the hotels is between 14:00-15:00, and check out is between 10:00-12:00. To guarantee early check in or late check out an extra night should be paid, (subject to availability of the hotels at the time of booking).
• All rates are subject to change due to currency fluctuation at the time of actual booking and payment of deposit.
• All rates are subject to availability at the time of actual booking.
• No refund on any unused part of the package.
• Travel Choice reserves the right to change rates without prior notice at the time of actual booking.

Payment Policy:

• A 50% deposit is required in order to proceed with the reservation.
• 100% of the total package is due to be paid before 16 July 2019.

Cancellation Policy:

• From 17 May 2019 – 21 June 2019 a cancellation fee of 25% of total package will be applied.
• From 22 June 2019 – 16 July 2019: A cancellation fee of 50 % of the total package will be applied
• From 17 July 2019 till departure date : A cancellation fee of 100 % of the total package will be applied.
• No Show: a cancellation fee of 100% of the total package will be applied.
• No refund on any unused part of the package.
• In case of visa rejection: Visa fees will not be refunded, package cancellation policy to be reviewed.
